Yes, you will receive an email when a new proposal is created in the Collective. You will also receive a notification in the Collective Chat on Upstream.
All active proposals in progress that need your vote can also be found in your Collective Dashboard. We will be adding push notifications for Collective activity in the upcoming weeks.
